Some images in Our membership library may be AI-generated or AI-assisted. Where this is the case, those images will be clearly indicated as such inside Our membership gallery. Company is given a non-exclusive license to use such AI-generated content from third-party AI platform(s), where applicable.
You understand and acknowledge that We make no guarantee as to the accuracy or completeness of any AI-generated content contained on Our websites or in Our materials, and You expressly acknowledge and understand that any information or knowledge You gain as a result of using any AI-generated content is used at Your own risk.
For clarity, You may not use Élevae images (including AI-generated or AI-assisted images) to train, fine-tune, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model. This is a license and usage restriction and is also reflected in Our Terms of Use.
