Which images & videos are included?

What about commercial digital products?
You may incorporate visuals in select digital products (e.g., digital notecards, calendars, e-books). Some exclusions apply.
Can I redistribute the original Élevae files?
No. Share flattened/embedded files as part of your deliverable — you may not redistribute raw Élevae assets to your clients or anyone else.
Is the Founding Member rate really locked in for life?
Yes. As long as you remain an active license holder, your discounted rate is locked in permanently. If you cancel and rejoin later, you'll pay the current rate available at that time — so staying in is what protects your pricing.
Is this separate from the Élevae membership?
Yes. It's an upgraded license tier. The Agency License is for extended use. The Quarterly and Annual Membership is for single-use only meaning you may only use Elevae Visuals for your own business. To upgrade to the Agency License, please reach out to our team help@elevaevisuals.com.

**Exclusions: Physical products for resale (like printed art, apparel, mugs, or planners), mass-market or high-volume resale of any kind, large-scale advertising placements (broadcast, billboards, OTT, or theatrical), NFTs or blockchain-based products, redistribution or resale of standalone Élevae files in any format.

**Lifetime pricing guarantee: As long as you remain an active license holder your discounted lifetime rate will be honored. If at any point you cancel your membership you will lose the lifetime discounted rate. When you rejoin you will pay the current rate or promotional price available at that time.
**Monthly License: When you purchase the Agency License as a monthly subscriber, there is a minimum 3-month commitment required. You may cancel anytime after 3 months at the discounted lifetime rate.
