What happens after my 3-month membership ends?
After 3 months, your membership will automatically renew at $199/quarter unless you cancel. You’ll keep access to your curated dashboard and the full Élevae library as long as your membership stays active.
What is your refund policy?
Do I have to be an Élevae member to book this service?
No. Curation Concierge is open to both new and existing Élevae members.
When you purchase as a new member, you’ll receive 3 months of Élevae membership free (a $199 value) so we can fully customize your strategy using our full image and video library. After 3 months, your membership will renew quarterly for $199 unless you choose to cancel.
What if I am already a member?

How long will the Curation Concierge service take?
You’ll receive your curated collection within 2 weeks (10 business days) of submitting your brand review survey.
How does the brand curation process work, and can I provide input?
You’ll start with a short brand review survey to share your style preferences, aesthetic direction, target audience, and visual goals. Our Creative Team then performs a visual audit of your online presence—from your homepage to your Instagram feed—and hand-selects a custom collection of images and video that reflect and elevate your brand identity.
The survey is your opportunity to guide the process. After delivery, you’ll have full flexibility to adjust or expand your image preferences inside your membership dashboard.
Are the curated images exclusive to my brand?
The images and videos come from the Élevae catalog, which is exclusive to members. While they’re not one-of-a-kind, your collection is hand-curated for your brand and strategy, ensuring your visuals look cohesive, elevated, and distinct from generic stock.
Can I use the curated images to promote my business?
Absolutely! All the images and videos included in your curated collection are licensed for general royalty free use and are subject to our standard licensing agreement. You’re free to use them in your marketing materials, social media, website, webinars, PDFs, ads, blogs, Pinterest strategy, and more.
Can I request revisions or adjustments to the curated collection?
Curation Concierge is not a revision-based service. Our recommendations are rooted in years of visual strategy experience with thousands of online brands. Once your collection is delivered, you’re free to adjust your image preferences inside your membership dashboard as you create new content.
