How do I know if this will be worth it for me?

There’s really only one way to find out! Seriously though, try it for one quarter and if it’s not a great fit then you can cancel anytime! No hard feelings!

Can I cancel at any time?

We are pretty confident that you are NOT going to want to cancel but just in case, members can cancel anytime and will retain access through the end of the quarterly or annual billing cycle. Here's a link to our cancellation policy.

Can I use these images for multiple clients?

Our standard usage agreement allows you to utilize our images within your business to create and manage up to 4 social media accounts (yours or clients). We ask that you do not provide clients with the actual downloaded Élevae images in a way that they can download, use on their own or redistribute the original individual images.

We advise you to create a unique Élevae account for each of your clients where that client's unique brand colors, keywords and favorited images are individually stored BUT baking the cost into their fee and using an affiliate link so that you are getting a recurring monthly kickback on their membership.

What kind of images will I get access to with my subscription?

Does Élevae only Have square images?

Actually no! We have both square AND vertical images in our catalogue!

Are these images only for Instagram?

Absolutely not! These images are for wherever you need them. Beyond Instagram, they are also great for Facebook, newsletters, Pinterest pins, blog posts, websites, IG stories, Reels covers, digital products and on and on. Bottom line – they are yours to help you do business beautifully in whatever way you need!

Do I need to give credit when I post?

Nah, it’s cool. Of course we would love to come show you some love if you want to tag us @elevaevisuals and use the #elevaevisuals hashtag!

What are the image dimensions?

Big enough but not too big! The smallest are 1200 x 1200 pixels (square) up to 1800 long end (vertical). In case you were wondering, 1200 px is the recommended resolution for any image on the web to keep load time to a minimum!

How many images come with my subscription?

The Élevae image catalog contains over 6,000+ elevated stock images and we add new images weekly. Your membership gives you access to all of these images with no limitations on how many you can download.
